Ian was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa and moved to Chicago in 2014 to attend Moody Bible Institute. He graduated in 2018 with a degree in Theology and recently completed a Masters of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He and his wife, Annelise, were married in 2018 and live in the Avondale neighborhood. Ian enjoys reading, music, cooking, sports, and the outdoors.
As the Director of Children and Youth Ministries at Covenant, Ian oversees the discipleship of our children and youth.
